Savoury cake & Sheep

We've been baking a lot the last few days. I had collected so many tasty sounding recipes & we indulged in making a few. Like this savoury Goatscheese Cake, with walnuts and thyme....

We really enjoyed eating it with a Chinese cabbage salad & some Brussels sprouts. Mom has been busy knitting and made a herd of sheep for springtime.

The sun has been shining for a little while and the days seem to get longer at last. How have you been? Baking anything new? or old and a real favorite? Do tell, we'd love to know!!
